Dr. Richard E. Ottoo, Co-Founder and Chief Investment Strategist of Ottoo Brand Artivism-PADER has safely landed in Uganda to continue our mission of social change through the arts, financial education, and community development.

As he makes his way between the capital city of Kampala, various communities and Northern villages, he furthers the plans of OBA addressing education, clean water/energy, young women’s empowerment, poverty, and using the arts, activism, and entrepreneurship to actively make post-war positive change.
